Birth of "RIPPA"

RIPPA stands for "Admirable" that is the band name me and my music director choose for our band name. We successfully created a band. This is one of the cultural synergies between India and France. I see it as positive thing as we are going to produce creative and innovative music.

We have recored 2 songs under this band "Beautiful Mind" & "Found it Finally". Found it Finally is unique in the sense, it has got 3 languages "English, Hindi and Japanese".. The idea was to give a platform to different cultures through this song. Michel Desnoues who is the music director loves to work on music which is different !!

IACCA promotes cultural synergies like this to give birth to creative project. The songs are avialable on "Myspace"

Can we change?

One of the most difficult things to do is to change....all of us must have faced a situation which gave an opportunity to change....

Change is difficult as it gives a feeling of insecurity....Is it true? I am not sure if it is really true.
I think if we are faced with a situation where we have to take totally new direction ...a direction which we are facing for the first time...I am sure such a direction is going to add something new to your life, your personality and ability to take decision in life

Change is inevitable and it has to be taken in a positive way....If our own universe is not reluctant to change why we should....This gives an important thought to me...Do we need to change our way of looking at things when we come across a new concept, new cultural understanding....Lot of us may ignore ...

The truth is each situation which offers you to change is an opportunity to discover ourselves..We can take one step ahead and rediscover ourselves or we can take one step back and stay where we were...The choice is yours!!

Overcoming your difficulties

I came across an article today which talked about one guy who had physical disabilities.

We are several times bogged down by situations in life which makes us depressed or helpless.
I think we are thousand times better in any situation because we can move, act and react.

I was impressed greatly by this person who makes great speech and has lasting impression on everyone. Lesson learned. We still can do lot more better than we think. Problems are one part of life which have to be treated as part of life and tackle them with full courage and motivation

"Cross-cultural aspect is one area where we can feel that it is difficult to adapt or interact!!
The question is "Did you try? Did you try to understand as to why certain things are in a way they should be?

If we are able elevate our motivation within ourselves , we have high chances of motivating others...when we have reached that level, country, culture does not matter!!

Let us try to improve the motivation of people around us...let us make the cultures look more attractive and let us try to gel and add another culture to our own culture....Cross-cultural understanding is about understanding nuances about other cultures which we tend to ignore as we have learned something during our lifetime....

Who says that to unlearn is bad? Unlearning and learning again is the process which we may all need in the future....

More to come soon......
